1. Refund window
You may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase if the service does not work for you and we are unable to resolve the issue.
2. What's required
- You contacted support and gave us a reasonable opportunity to fix the problem;
- The issue is on our side (for example, a server fault) rather than your own device, network, or an unsupported setup.
3. What's not covered
- Requests made after the refund window has closed;
- Problems caused by your internet connection, ISP throttling, or incompatible hardware;
- Accounts suspended for breach of our Terms of Service.
4. How to request a refund
Email us with your order details and a short description of the problem and we will review your request promptly. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method where possible.
