When you request a free trial or place an order through the on-site form, you choose a contact method and provide the matching detail:

• Your email address, WhatsApp number, Discord username or Telegram username; and
• The plan and device count you selected (for order requests).

2. Information collected automatically

When you open the request form (not merely by browsing the site), we collect a small amount of technical context to help us set up and support your account and to reduce fraud:

• Your approximate location (country, city, region) and IP address, looked up from your connection;
• Your internet provider / network;
• Basic device information: browser/user-agent, operating-system platform, language, time zone, and screen size.

We do not build an advertising profile of you, and we do not collect this information from visitors who never open the form.

3. Cookies & tracking

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and does not use analytics tags.

4. How we use your information

• To create and deliver your trial or paid account, and to send your login or payment link;
• To provide support and respond to your enquiry;
• To detect and prevent abuse or fraudulent requests.

5. Who we share it with

We use a small number of third-party services to operate the form and deliver messages. Your submission passes through them:

• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) — relays the form submission to our inbox;
• Google / Gmail — receives and stores the submission as email;
• ipwho.is and ipapi.co — resolve approximate location from your IP at the moment you open the form;
• Hostinger — hosts this website and processes standard server logs.

We do not sell your personal information.

6. Retention

We keep request emails only as long as needed to provide and support your account, and then delete them in the normal course of inbox housekeeping.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to its processing. To exercise any of these, contact us and we will respond.

8. Changes
